The Lodge group is comprised of five specialty businesses focusing on residential sales, residential property management, rural sales, commercial sales and leasing, and body corporate management. Alongside a brand refresh I developed an art direction for their team headshots intended to allow for flexibility across various mediums - long and narrow for website banners, cropped for signage head-shots and everything in between for print and digital executions.

After running a series of workshops across the different business divisions, I developed a mobile-first website solution that involved design strategy, information architecture, wireframing, and a full design and handover.
